LAY THE TABLES
This is the perfect option for the DIY dreamers who’ve sourced their own bits but need someone reliable (and with an eye for detail) to come in and bring the tables to life.
Also ideal for room turnarounds, where a ceremony space needs to transform into a reception setup.
Optional reduced-rate prop hire and tables florals.
Use of the prop collection from The Prop Vault is free of charge with all styling packages. If any boards need painting, signage requires personalisation or cutlery/glassware needs cleaning, additional costs may apply – but don’t worry, everything will be confirmed in advance so there are no surprises. All package prices include travel within 30 miles of HD8 (West Yorkshire). For venues beyond this, a mileage charge of 50p per mile will be added. If your venue is over an hour away, hotel accommodation may be required and will be quoted based on location. For larger or more complex setups, additional styling support may be needed. This is charged at £80–£100 per person, plus travel.
